for the uneducated: this is “rise up with fists!” and this live version with the fly guitar is so much better than the version on jenny lewis’ solo album.
christ on a bike ellen. thank you. jenny lewis is the sexiest woman alive in my opinion, and this song is one of my favorites of hers. and even though under the blacklight was a total joke (and admittedly so) and they were totally going downhill, i’m still sad i’ll probably never get to see j.lew walk through the crowd while singing with arms outstretched again.
